Welcome to Yoli Flower Studio! These Terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Ordering & Payment
All orders can be placed through our website. We offer secure online payment options, including credit/debit cards.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
Please double-check your order details before completing the purchase, as we are not responsible for incorrect information (e.g., delivery address or message details).
2. Delivery
We deliver from Monday to Saturday between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before noon. Orders placed after noon will be delivered on the next available delivery date.
We do not work on Sundays. Orders placed after noon on Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday.
You can specify a preferred delivery date during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If no date is selected, your order will be delivered on the next available delivery day.
We deliver to Alfaz del Pi and surrounding areas, including Albir, Altea, La Nucia, Benidorm, Polop, Finestrat, and Callosa d’en Sarrià.
3. Pickup Option
You can choose to pick up your flowers from our studio. Your flowers will be ready for pickup on your chosen date between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
The pickup address will be sent to you via text after your order confirmation. Please bring the confirmation text with you for reference when collecting your flowers.
We look forward to seeing you when you pick up your flowers!
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your order up until 11:00 AM the day before your scheduled delivery. Please note, for Monday deliveries, you need to cancel by Saturday before 11:00 AM. After this time, we cannot accept cancellations.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
5. Product Availability & Substitutions
Flower availability varies by season. While we strive to use the exact flowers shown in our catalog, substitutions may be necessary to maintain the freshness and quality of your bouquet.
Any substitutions will be made with flowers of equal or greater value, ensuring that the style and theme of the arrangement are maintained.
6. Personalized Messages
You can include a personalized message with your bouquet. Please ensure your message is appropriate, as we reserve the right to refuse any content that is offensive or inappropriate.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide during the ordering process will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties, except for the purposes of processing your order (e.g., payment and delivery).
8. Limitation of Liability
Yoli Flower Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
In the event of a delivery failure due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we will not be held responsible. However, we will work with you to attempt redelivery.
9. User Conduct
By using our website, you agree not to engage in any illegal or harmful activities. This includes not posting inappropriate content, attempting to hack the site, or interfering with the service for other users.
10. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
